At Core and Rhythm, your privacy matters. This policy explains what information is collected when you visit this website, how it's used, and the rights you have over it. We've kept it as plain and honest as we can.

Core and Rhythm is a small fitness and movement practice operated by Angélique, based in Ontario, Canada. Angélique is the designated privacy contact for this website and can be reached at coreandrhythm@gmail.com.

2. What We Collect

The only information we collect is what you voluntarily submit through the contact form on this website: your name, your email address, and the contents of your message.

We do not use website analytics, tracking pixels, cookies, advertising trackers, or third-party scripts on this site. We do not know how many people visit, where they come from, or what they click on.

3. Why We Collect It

Contact form submissions are used for one purpose only: to respond to your inquiry. We do not add you to mailing lists, do not use your information for marketing, and do not share it with third parties for their own purposes.

4. How It's Processed

This website is hosted on Netlify, and contact form submissions are transmitted through Netlify Forms (our hosting provider's built-in form handling service). Submissions are delivered by email to coreandrhythm@gmail.com and may also be temporarily stored on Netlify's infrastructure as part of normal form processing. Netlify's own privacy practices apply to that transit and storage - their privacy policy is available at netlify.com/privacy.

5. How Long We Keep It

We keep submitted information only as long as reasonably necessary to respond to and follow up on your inquiry. If you'd like your information deleted from our records at any point, you can request it - see Section 7.

6. Security

We take reasonable measures to protect submitted information, including HTTPS encryption on all form submissions. That said, no system on the internet is completely secure, and we can't guarantee absolute protection.

7. Your Rights

Under Canadian privacy law (PIPEDA) and Ontario law, you have the right to:

• Access the personal information we hold about you
• Correct any information that's inaccurate
• Request that we delete your information
• Withdraw your consent at any time

8. Children's Privacy

This website is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has submitted information through this site, please contact us so we can remove it.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Material changes will be clearly noted.
