Hi, I'm Angélique, a passionate Core and Rhythm instructor/practitioner with over 15 years in belly dance and a lifelong practice in Pilates and yoga. My approach blends strength, rhythm, and grace, drawing from both traditional and contemporary styles. With formal training in anatomy-based movement and a deep respect for the art's cultural roots, I guide students to connect with their bodies and express their inner power.
I'm certified in Pilates through Body Soul Well and in yoga with OM Yoga Flow, combining formal training with a lifelong passion for mindful movement and anatomy. My belly dance journey started in childhood, inspired by traditional, folkloric, and fusion styles, with influences like Jamila Salimpour, Carolena Nericcio, and Rachel Brice.
Blending over 20 years of Pilates and Yoga experience with 15 years of Belly Dance, I invite students of all levels to move with purpose, build lasting strength, and rediscover the joy of inhabiting their bodies fully.
